Spend some time with us. Don't see a location close to you in Calgary? Collect a group of 6 or more friends and we'll do our best to find a space in your community to connect and practice. Individual and group private practices

What kind of yoga is this? These are flow classes that meet you where you are in your practice - whether you are just starting out or expanding your experience. Flow means we move with the breath from posture to posture, offering modifications and alternate asanas (poses) to suit every body. We guide you, but every student works to their capacity. No two bodies are alike, and there is no need to stay synchronized (there are no prizes for style :) ).
What do I need? Comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. It is optional (but highly recommended) to bring a small blanket or bath towel. This can be used during the class for modifications and as a blanket during savasana (resting pose). You may bring your own mat and props if you prefer, or use ours. Blocks and straps are also provided.
Yoga? Yes please.

Maybe you practice faithfully every day. OR, maybe the closest you come to yoga is a closet full of pants you swore one day you'd actually wear for the purpose of yoga. It doesn't matter. NO JUDGEMENT here.
